Update

It has been unusually warm here in Bozeman Montana. Usually we are covered in snow this time of year, but not this year. There is barely enough to ski on. School is in full swing now and midterms are happening as we speak. I am getting really into Prison Break, its a tv series that showed on foz a few years ago. Its really good, kind of like lost but better in my opinion. Right now I am just spending a quiet night alone doing homework and watching videos. I like it. I don't do it very often, as a matter of fact I should do it more often. Its pays off more in the long run that spending every weekend night drinking beer. Not to mention a lot cheaper. O ya, I am almost done ready the hunger games trilogy. I am just about to start the last book. The first two were awesome, I highly recommend them to anyone. I guess thats why they are always up there as best sellers on Amazon. Here is a youtube video I am just going to throw up there.

Been a while

Just getting back to school now after the break. I had a really nice christmas with the family. I spent some time muskrat trapping with my dad and worked a little. I help a friend of mines grandfather set up a "pad" for a oil drilling rig. It was really boring work, and when the wind came up it really sucked.

Since coming back to school I have been doing a quite a lot of ice fishing. I have been up to hylite reservoir three or four times now and every time the fishing has been good. On my worst day I caught three trout, and that really not too bad. I have really been getting into bourbon whiskeys and whiskey reviews on youtube. There are two really good ones I found, if anyone is interested here they are.

Thats about all for now, I am going to start talking about some political things and whatnot as the year goes on. (upcoming elections). I also plan to talk about some different things that I find in the news, as they appear, that are interesting.

Finishing up the Semester

Felt like posting something about how good it feels to be almost done with another semester. I got all registered up for this spring too. Just coming off of thanksgiving makes it a little hard to go back to school for 3 weeks, just because you know that Christmas break is right around the corner. I am really glad that I will be done with some of my classes. Only a couple of assignments left and I will be free. Shot two whitetail does over thanksgiving break, thought you might like to know.

Day before leaving for thanksgiving

I plan on leaving Bozeman to head back home tomorrow. Looks like it should be good weather all day through most of the state. That is good news fro me, because I have to travel 500 miles to get back home. That is one of the cool things about Montana, the fact that you can drive 500 or 600 miles and still be in the same state. I love it.

My Internet tool of the week/ (most likely the year) is google docs. Its amazing. You can make all sorts of documents and save them on-line, no usb drive required. It awesome, check it out for yourself. All you have to do is sign up for a gmail account. Once you have the account you can access all of google's programs and apps, not just google docs.

Not a good week for me in regards to football. MSU Cats lost to the UM griz on Saturday, Kansas City lost to the Patriots tonight, and Green Bay won again on Sunday. Things just really are not going good for me. Oh ya, and my two fantasy teams both lost this week. On the bright side, I only have 3 classes tomorrow and then I get to head back home. Go shoot some deer, drink some beer, and have a good time. Unfortunately, I will probably do a little homework too.

Thanksgiving Break

Finally, thanksgiving is here. I need a nice little break from school, as I am sure most students do, before finals week. I get to go back home and hang out with my family and friends. Eat some turkey, watch some football, and do some hunting. In case you didn't know my favorite NFL team is the Kansas City Chiefs, and they are not doing so well this year. They lost their starting running back in the beginning of the season, and now they just lost their starting quarterback. They are going to be extremely lucky if they get a shot at the playoffs. So now I am just kind of giving up hope. My new favorite team for the remainder of the season is whoever is playing the Packers. God, I hate the Packers. I always have and I always will. It is mostly the fans that fuel my hatred for them, I have never had good experiences with Packers fans. They are all really arrogant and obnoxious. There are few things that upset me, but Packer's fans are definitively one of them. My aunt and sisters are going to be back home this coming weekend, so it will be nice to see them. I don't see too much of my family throughout the year because of school and my summer job in Alaska. Well, I am going to go to bed. I will check back later, I am sure there will be something in the news or in my life that will get me going and I will want to talk about it later.

Second Post

I just felt like saying a few more things about myself. I spend my summers working in Alaska commercial fishing. I really love my job and really enjoy the people I work with. I am currently a Junior at Montana State University and am enrolled in the education department. I really like anything to do with science and new things in technology. My most resent tech. tool is my i pod touch. It is supposed to come in the mail here in a couple of days. I am also very interested in politics. I like to think of myself as being a member of the common sense party, take good ideas that make sense from both parties to get something done. I really hate the way our current political system is set up though. Way too much money and greed is involved. The sad fact is that you can not become a successful politician without money. I am looking at getting into podcasting, but I haven't really done much so far. That's about all for me right now.
